Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/ or standing support. SilverSneakers is the ideal fitness class for the older adult or those desiring a low impact exercise option.
Our next session of SilverSneakers starts Monday August 30 and continues through Friday October 22, 2010.
SilverSneakers class times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:30-10:30am.
NOTE: Class sessions run concurrently and registrations are accepted throughout the session. NO CLASSES MONDAY SEPTEMBER 6 (LABOR DAY).
