HOMEWARD Caller
Volunteers in this position assist the HOMEWARD Department by making reminder calls to patients. They call to remind patients of upcoming home health aide and homemaker visits, record confirmations, and if needed pass on any changes or questions to staff.
Skills
Telephone etiquette, customer service, basic computer skills.
Hours
Afternoons, Monday-Friday (Shifts are typically 1-2 hours depending on daily census).
