    This class is for siblings, age four and up, to prepare for the arrival of the new baby. (We recommend registering for this class one month before mom's due date.)

    Learn the current information on flu and vaccinations for flu and pneumonia. Flu and pneumonia shots will be available. Bring your Medicare B card.

    The Alzheimer's support group is a gathering of family, friends, and caregivers of individuals that suffer from Alzheimer's disease and other related forms of dementia.

    This is a friendly group which meets the first Tuesday of every month, March through November, at 7 p.m. at the Diabetes and Nutrition Education Center.

    An accelerated childbirth class. Topics include: labor, delivery, breathing and relaxation tecniques, medications, epidurals, and medical procedures.

    Information about what to expect during the beginning days of breastfeeding will be discussed to help make breastfeeding a positive experience. Current information on breast feeding will be presented.

    Learn more about the the newest synthetic drugs that are being abused, their clinical effects and appropriate treatments.
